The heart is the main biological organ of the human body and there is no living donor for this organ. Hearts can only be donated from donors who are brain dead, so removing the heart from the donor's body will cause the person to die. Therefore, it is one of the rarest organ for transplantation.
Patients who need a heart transplant for any reason and disease should be on the long list of heart donation in their country so that they may have the chance to donate a heart during their lifetime.

These boxes are for keeping human organs living and the heart will remain alive and transplantable to humans for several months in this box.
